Is my information private? What AI model is based on?
We only use the information you submit to serve and improve the product, we will not sell or distribute your data (unless of course you choose to share your analysis). Narwin ties together multiple LLM models such as OpenAI GPT4.1, along with proprietary data providers to generate comprehensive results.
What’s the “Who Buyer Intelligence" Feature and why does it matter?
Beyond scoring the RFP itself, Narwin identifies the person or department behind the RFP and runs a synergy analysis — checking for past overlaps, mutual interests, and communication style fit. This “Who Score” helps your team understand not just what is being asked, but who is asking — giving you a strategic edge in your approach.

Does it only use data from my connected sources? Can it pull in external data for comparisons?
For your data, Narwin allows you to upload .docx, .xlsx, .ppt and pdf files. Further, you may choose to connect your Google Drive, Slack and Notion. For external data, Narwin is connected to the Internet and proprietary data sources which help in making the results smarter.
How does Narwin determine if an RFP is a good fit for my organization?
Narwin cross-references your company’s capabilities, past performance, and positioning with the RFP’s requirements, language, and structure. It looks at tone, complexity, domain specificity, and red-flag clauses to surface friction points — all weighted in a dynamic compatibility score designed to reflect real-world “chemistry” between your organization and the opportunity.
Do you only analyze documents we upload, or does Narwin have access to external RFPs too?
Narwin comes with integrated access to a growing database of public RFPs across the U.S. and Canada. You can upload your own, or browse new RFPs directly inside the platform. Analyzer evaluates both your internal opportunities and new leads from public sources.
Does the AI Writer (Draft Documents) use my uploaded data?
Yes, any data that you upload to “Upload Resource” will be available for reference within the AI Writer.
Is there a convenient way to export RFP Analysis and AI Writer documents?
RFP Analysis can be shared via a link or with a PDF export. To use AI Writer content in your documents, simply use the copy button.
Do I need to press the Save and Sync files button before making use of the files?
Yes. Narwin works by indexing uploaded files in a special database and referencing them within AI. The Save and Sync is needed to index the files before AI can make use of them. Please make sure that you press “Save and Sync Files” button when available.
Do you train your LLM on my data?
We use enterprise APIs for accessing base LLM models that do not train on submitted data. You can read more about this in our privacy policy.

Narwin is a primarily an intelligence tool and doesn’t need to store much private data to operate. Any stored data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Narwin is hosted on Google Cloud “us-west” and “us-central” regions. We are currently building a Trust Center and are on path to be ISO27001 and SOC 2 compliant. Please reach out for any concerns.
