Narwin collects and uses your data solely for the purpose of improving our services and providing you with enhanced functionality during the pilot phase. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

Data Deletion

All data collected from Google Drive, Notion, Slack and Markdown will be securely deleted within 7 days of its use. This ensures that your information is not stored longer than necessary and respects your privacy.

Slack Permissions and Data Access

  • Narwin does not respect Slack’s native permissions or channel access controls.
  • Any channel or data Narwin is added to will be accessible to all Narwin users, regardless of their individual Slack permissions.

Data Sensitivity Guidance

  • Think of Narwin as a content creation assistant or a junior intern.
  • Avoid granting it access to channels or data containing highly sensitive or confidential information (e.g., HR channels).
  • We strongly recommend adding Narwin only to channels with non-sensitive content to minimize potential risks.

Narwin employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using TLS 1.2/1.3 and AES-256 encryption.
